Why are you allowing Viacome to control your good customer service. I plan to drop your service
customers do have options of cable companies they pay for .Here we are again squeezing the consumers.
I will be shopping around for another service if viacome get their way and I will call all family members and friends to discontinue their service with any cable company that agrees with viacome.
Another thing you asking for customer to post hungred words before they can post their review many people don't need to say what they have to say with hundred words, but that goes to show your company what customers you are servicing mostly minority.You as a company should be ashame of yourselfs.
